Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Process:

Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, email us at info@seemattistores.com with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

If you cancel a COD order, we will not process COD orders for you in the future. You will be required to use online payment methods for all future orders.
3. Refund Eligibility:

Product Returned: Once a return is approved and the product is received in good condition at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed.

Faulty Product: If a faulty product is returned, we will issue a refund or replace the item based on customer preference.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method, i.e., back to the credit card, debit card, or net banking account used for payment.
4. Refund Timelines:

Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after the return is received and inspected. The refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Charges:

If you cancel a COD order at the time of delivery, you will be liable for the shipping and reverse shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the one-time shipping cost for returning the product.
6. Exchange Request:

If the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected. Please note that the customer will bear the shipping costs for one-time shipping for exchanges.
7. Self-Shipping for Returns/Exchanges:

If reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your area, customers will need to ship the products back to our warehouse at their own cost.

8. Payment Method Refunds:

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer to the bank account shared by the customer. The customer must provide the necessary bank details.
