Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Return & Exchange Terms:

  • We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. This applies to all products, except for those listed as non-returnable due to hygiene concerns (e.g., innerwear, panties, accessories, and white garments).

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Unused and Unworn Condition: All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Size/Color/Quantity Exchange: Exchanges for a different size, color, or quantity will be processed based on availability. Please inform us during the confirmation call for any changes to your order.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You will be provided with a return label and instructions for returning the product.

  • If the fault is from the seller’s end, we will process a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

4. Intimate Wear and Accessories:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, intimate wear (e.g., panties, innerwear), all accessories, and white garments are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be faulty.

5. Return/Exchange Process:

  • Approval: Once your return request is submitted, it generally takes up to 24 working hours for approval.

  • Pick-up Scheduling: Upon approval, our courier partner will attempt to pick up the product within 2 working days. If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the item back to us (see Self-shipping details below).

6. Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is returned in the same condition as it was received. We will not accept products that show signs of use, damage, or wear.

7. QC and Inspection:

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC). Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the product meets our inspection standards.

Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns/Exchanges

If your pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to send the product back to us at the following address:

Please pack the items securely to avoid any damage during transit. Ensure the Order ID and your registered mobile number are written on the packaging. We recommend using “Speed Post” or a reliable courier service to avoid excessive shipping charges.
